    Estimated Arrival Time:

    Standard rides typically have an estimated arrival time of 5–15 minutes, depending on the location and traffic conditions.

    Availability:

    Available for all ride bookings within the serviceable area.

    Express Rides
    Priority Service:

    For an additional fee, express rides ensure your ride request is prioritized, reducing the wait time.

    Availability:

    Available in select locations. The express ride option will be displayed at checkout if you are eligible.

  • Delivery Charges
    Standard ride fees

    Standard rides typically have an estimated arrival time of 5–15 minutes, depending on the location and traffic conditions.

    Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, or other surcharges.

    Express ride fees

  • Tracking Your Ride
    Real-Time Tracking
    Live Tracking:

    You can track your ride in real-time through the Vizhil Riders app. This feature allows you to see the driver's location and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

    Driver Information:

    You will receive details about your driver, including their name, contact information, and vehicle details.

  • Delivery Locations
    Serviceable Areas
    Serviceable:

    Vizhil Riders operates in a wide range of locations. Service availability may vary based on your specific location and demand.

    Non-Serviceable Areas:

    If your location is outside our serviceable areas, you will be notified at the time of booking.

  • Delayed or failed deliveries
    Delivery Delays

    While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or high ride demand. We will keep you informed in case of any significant delays.

    Failed Deliveries
    Incorrect Address:

    If a ride attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided, our support team will contact you to confirm the address and reschedule the ride.

    Unavailability:

    If you are unavailable to meet the driver at the pickup location, the driver will attempt to contact you. If the ride still cannot be completed, the booking may be canceled, and charges may apply.

  • Refund and Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations
    Before Pickup:

    You can cancel your ride before the driver arrives at the pickup location without any charges.

    After Pickup:

    If the ride is canceled after the driver has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply.

    Refunds

    Refunds for canceled rides or failed deliveries will be processed as per our refund policy. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
